Your “Secret Subject” is:
What would you do with yourself if life handed you a free pass and you could do anything you wanted without consequence or financial obligation?

Oh my...I think I'd be a multi-talented actress, singer, writer and world traveler. Why? Because if you know me, you know I have a hard time choosing just one thing.
I love to write and when I was growing up I wanted to be a singer or famous fashion designer. Yes I had dreams of designing the new concert outfits for KISS, more importantly Paul Stanley. He would fall in love with me and that would be that.
As a writer I would travel the world for inspiration and locations for my next big hit.
At dinner parties they would beg me to sing and share stories of my travels.
Yes, I'm a dreamer but if you're going to do it, do it right.
For award shows, banquets and dinners at the White House I would design and create exquisite gowns that would land me on the cover of every magazine and red carpet event.
Now on to reality. All of the above is a dream belonging to a selfish young girl. My dreams as a mature mom/grandmom are completely different. I would love to have an unlimited supply of money for the purpose of helping others. Charities, non profit organizations and being an activist for those who have no voice. Children, veteran's and animals.
I would own a large farm with indoor kennels, barns and a home for the abandoned animals, abused and left behind cats, dogs, horses and discarded children. They would have love and responsibility. They would learn to care for each other and help those in their community. Working the land, growing food and serving.
Picking up trash on the side of the road, cleaning parks, planting flowers, raking the leaves in the yards of elderly couples, the list goes on. These are things I did with my boys and it taught them compassion, tolerance, service and giving attitudes.
My spiritual gift of mercy runs strong when I see a kitty running around the dumpster at the gas station or a stray dog on the side of the highway. I'd love to save them all but have no room for them. I have had a dream for many years to own a farm for rescues.
This is my adult dream. That and retiring to the beach :)
